It came well packed and was in top shape. The quality is more than I expected for the price but there is no hardware included

Haven't installed it yet so can't attest to its comfort etc. Looks to be of good quality. At issue is that it says it come with a "mounting kit" but it doesn't really. You must also purchase the " Bidet Accessory" to properly install it( part#SM-WC124). This costs another $335.77 plus taxes ( and shipping). This assessors costs more than the product!I am not impressed by the misleading description!! Probably would not have purchased this given the actual cost of $660.77. Update: After receiving the wall hung carrier system, further instructions tell me a 2"x6" wall is required to hang the bidet. Would have been nice to know that before ordering!!!
