Buyer beware!!!! So disappointed. Ordered this for a project and the listing clearly showed that it included a sink and vanity top.. even the instructions that arrived with the package showed a vanity top and sink included. The original vanity and two replacements have come with no sink and top and Wayfair customer service has been horrible to work with saying there is nothing that they can do to remedy the issue. As a pro member who has ordered for 5 years worth of flips from wayfair I expected so much more.

The instructions to this product were horrible. There was no physical directions, only pictures which were very low quality. Item itself was very flimsy and a piece broke off while putting together. I will definitely not buy another one
