First one arrived with a broken tank and wayfair sent a replacement fast. My contractor had a hard time installing due to pipes not lining up. Then the toilet seat hinge broke right away.

I ordered this product and received it March 9. I opened it today and found the tank was shattered inside the box. It seems I’m no longer eligible for a return or replacement.. This is very unfortunate for me.

Have to clean it after every persons BM. Something about the shape of the bowl makes it hit the side and not rinse with flushing. The seat is also proprietary - soft close feature is nice but it is narrow, hard, and uncomfortable. I would change the seat if I could.
