Looks and seems to work beautifully. An impressive upgrade to enhance our remodel.

Finally ready to install and then this. I should have opened the box a while ago when it was dropped off in front of my door with no signature required. Not happy with both Wayfair and Swiss Madison for this particular experience.

This toilet was shipped to me three times and arrived broken every time. I had to go buy a toilet from a nearby retailer. Shipping toilets with standard delivery services does not work especially when delivery drivers tend to flip the boxes over on their ends just to get them out of the truck.

Toilet came in perfect condition. It looks beautiful and it’s a sturdy toilet. I have not installed yet, so I cannot speak on its function.
