Toilette allongée à gauche et à vortex de 1,28 GPF à une pièce à vif et à gauche en bisque brillant St. Tropez SM-1T0802BQ

Before I ordered this item I checked with Wayfair regarding the flush handle - they gave me confirmation that it was chrome. So I went ahead and ordered it. When it arrived there was a cheap white plastic handle. So I called Wayfair and what followed was an absolute disgrace. 45 minutes spent arguing with them about what I should have received and them deciding I needed to return the whole toilet and they would send another one. The toilet which weighed nearly 110 pounds had already been lifted upstairs and plumbed in. All I wanted was a handle replacement. Customer support were atrocious. It took another customer service assistant, followed by a supervisor who immediately understood and ordered the handle in less than two minutes. Meanwhile my total time spent was nearly 90 minutes on the phone! No offer of compensation for my time. Wayfair have lost me as a customer.

Beautiful toilet

I like this toilet way more than I thought I would. It’s not uncomfortable, but I guess that also depends on how you’re built. It looks beautiful. (Ignore our ongoing remodel.) It’s one of only a handful of possible options if you really want the 14-inch rough-in, and in my opinion, it’s the best one of those that are available. The install was not difficult for my Stepdad, but he’s a pro at these things. If you’re doing it as a DIY, then it might be trickier. It was delivered fast and perfectly packaged. It’s a little heavy and not the easiest to get up the stairs, but I don’t see that as a bad thing. The only reason I knocked off a star is because of the handle to flush. I can’t seem to tighten it. It’s feels loose and wobbly, even though it works, and I like it from a design standpoint. It looks sleek, but the wobbly thing is a tiny bit bothersome, and I’m sure it’s fixable, but the extra effort I have to put in to fix it is worth that star to me. Overall, great toilet (so far), and I’d buy it again. I’m even thinking about replacing the downstairs model with this one.

Beautiful design and good height. One caveat it the 2nd flush, which could be stronger in mt opinion. Otherwise, a solid purchase.

I am giving 5 stars for the appearance and ease of cleaning the outside. It’s so sleek and transforms the entire look for the room. I knocked down a couple stars due to the seat made of cheap plastic. It will scratch very easily. Also, the “vortex” flush is not quite that. My much older toilet (20 years) produced a stronger flush. If you suffer from IBS or similar, I would discourage you from this particular model. Again, the look is stunning but functionality is lacking for my particular needs.
