I will say it was a little hard to install, but it was definitely worth the frustration. So far it looks just as good as the day I installed it. Absolutely obsessed!

Loved how easy it was to install this product and how beautiful it is with my claw foot tub. The water pressure is amazing so that nice relaxing shower. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recieved our Symmos Oak shower and hand shower trim. For those that wonder it does not come with shower valve, that would cost near a hundred to get not including the supplies to open up a wall. Did not have problems with the packaging and mailing besides being sent to the wrong home. Once installed shower valve everything is very easy to install. Comes with 10 year warranty and very detailed instructions via VR code. Handle bar for handheld shower is very light, nearly expected the product to be heavy, very light but very pretty with the silver color.
