[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that this has a heavy counter weight to pull the head back in. It's also very stylish. It is slightly bigger than the standard size which means you have to do a little extra work to install. Once installed it works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While waiting for our new sink to arrive, we temporarily installed this faucet, which I forgot to take a picture of. I am so eager to permanently install this new faucet. It's so elegant and perfectly designed. This is such a great quality faucet that is heavy duty. I love the single handle to turn the water on, it's so much better than having two different knobs. I love the pull down head feature, it makes filling larger pots, that can't fit in my sink, on the counter. It's easy to clean, by simply wiping it off. I didn't have any issues with the nozel getting clogged. The water pressure greatly exceeded my previous faucet. I really am shocked at the quality of this elegant hardware. We've even decided to change out the rest of our plumbing hardware throughout our home to this brand!

Installation was easy, and it feels sturdy and well-made. Perfect upgrade for our kitchen highly recommend! So far no noise, easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After I received this Sereno Single Handle Pull Down kitchen faucet we installed it immediately. The install was not too hard, and the instructions were easy to follow. Also, must say the finish chrome looks really nice and I like it. One thing did not like was it did not come with a plate thingy for the base. Had to keep my old one so it’s kinda stained from previous faucet. Also, you have to twist top of pull down faucet to get sprayer which makes it little harder than being able to switch the two between a button push like out last faucet. Overall I like it, but just lacked what I was previously used to in other faucet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was generously gifted the Sereno pull-down kitchen faucet from Symmons and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. We are super impressed! The quality is absolutely beautiful, the handle moves like butter, the pull-down works brilliantly and the twist mechanism to switch from spray to stream is effortless and one handed as long as the sprayer is seated fully. We also love that the arch points downward instead of slightly forward ensuring the water stays in the sink instead of spraying toward you. The hardest thing about installation was getting the old faucet out! Otherwise it was a breeze and anyone could do it! The only downside we see is the chrome finish picks up fingerprints like crazy which is a bit annoying. It isn’t my favorite finish, but it’s a nice chrome if that’s your thing. Impressed by Symmons and would recommend for plumbing fixtures.
