Shower system looks great but shower head fell off after 10 months of use. Quality is not good. Beware.

I expected a system made with more metal, and one that includes the diverter valves - plural, since you need two. So many parts are made of plastic. I have not had it installed yet so I don’t know how well it works. But right out of the box, it doesn’t seem any better than the $220 options, and it cost more than twice. Design wise, it looks nice. Modern and pleasant style.
