I have ordered this 4 times. They have all been broken!

Broken 3 times. I assumed it was me the first time, but not the next two. Also didn't resolve the issue so I am out $150 and lots of extra time to complete the overall project.

I think I was as impressed with the way the item was packed for shipment as much as I was of the item itself. The backsplash is beautiful and is exactly what we wanted.

Came broken customer service was great in sending a new one and instructions to return the broken product. The replacement was exactly what I needed and good quality.
