Unfortunately this was a very disappointing purchase. The tray arrived with the box completely destroyed, and when I opened it the pieces had already fallen apart. It looked like the product had been damaged during shipping, and the parts were not able to be repaired or put back together. I was really looking forward to using this over-the-bathtub tray because the design seemed nice and practical for holding a book, drink, or phone during a bath, which is what these trays are typically meant for. Unfortunately, due to the condition it arrived in, I never even had the chance to try it. I would recommend better packaging or shipping protection because the product itself might be fine if it arrived intact, but mine was completely unusable out of the box.

Returned. The wood is awesome but they use EXTREMELY small staples to hold together. It was in pieces when it arrived.

The item was damaged. Nails were had loosened causing it to bow. I glued it and renailed it.

Do not buy. This is the worst product I have ever received. It immediately fell apart into pieces before I even got to try using it. I have tried everything to put it back together, there is no use. Waste of money.

This is very poorly constructed, especially for the price. It was falling apart when it arrived. Wayfair didn't help much--their automated return system suggested sending me parts to fix it, lol. So I paid the return shipping for a broken item.
