Even one star is too much for these seats! I ordered three of these seats. Not one, not two but all three were defective! Gouges in the seat on one, another gouge on the second where the hinge of the lid is rubbing on the seat and two nicks on the lid of the third seat! None of them align with the toilet bowel and the lids on two of them slide back and forth. The bumpers on the seats are all crooked. Two of them are so wobbly we're afraid to sit on them. I filed a claim with Wayfair and they were awesome in rectifying the issue. One has been sent back already but we cannot send the other two back (HASSLE!) until the new seats from a different manufacturer are delivered. Don't waste your money on these seats!
