The doors are of high quality, which you would expect given the price. The frosted glass is a little bit more transparent (less opaque) than I thought but still the effect is good. I cannot vouch for ease of installation because I had a professional do it. The uneven floors in my 1938 house gave him some challenges.

the doors seem good however they didnt send everything the first or second time. they sent only the 4 panel doors without the track, then after i called them to send the rest they still didnt send everything the second time either just the track but still missing hardware parts. hopefully the 3rd time they will send everything i purchased.

Really good materials and great customer support from sliding door company. I would Buy another door from this company again simply for their outstanding customer service alone.

Received items on a pallet, delivery just drops it off at your door. Needs to be coordinated right because it rained that afternoon they got all wet, it’s not something you can just bring inside your home on your own. Then the package was the wrong trim color and now have to wait for a replacement, further delaying the project. The overall closet door appears sturdy and well made but the shipping and overall experience could have been better.

The glass doors were delivered in three-four weeks. When the contractor opened the crate to install them, we found one of the door's glass shattered. We could hear the glass pieces rattling inside. My contractor said the forklift had shattered the glass since the cardboard box it came in had a forklift size damage on one side. I don't understand how the company could not anticipate such issues and why the doors were not secured by enough thermacol sheets to prevent such damage from happening. While Wayfair was very cooperative and helped us order a replacement door, I still have to wait for God knows how long for the door to get here and then have to wait for my contractor to find some time free to come and install the door. It is just too much hassle. I understand accidents happen, but when transporting glass, precautions have to be taken so that the glass does not break. Elemental, right?
