The base was broken and the tank was shattered in many pieces the only items that made it undamaged was the tank lid and the toilet seat. They need padding between each items. I think if they had put padding between the tank and the base that is would not had been broken. I am not sure how the toilet looks since it was so badly damaged. I will review the item after I have received one on tact.
