Baignoire de trempage autoportante en acrylique 66 po x 30 po S9A33001-10

While the tub is beautiful, the delivery experience has been a nightmare. First, they didn’t deliver when scheduled to, rescheduled for a week later and preceded to send a text message the day to be delivered saying they won’t be delivering because it doesn’t fit on the truck and maybe in three days they will deliver but right now they are busy. Finally received only for it to be cracked because of the delivery service who dropped at my door, blocked entry into the house and set it up vertically when the box states says this side up on a horizontal stance and not vertically. This has to be the worst experience with Wayfair I have ever had.

Disappointed by the condition in which it arrived, box was damaged.
