The product was excellent quality for the price. However, the shipping was a disaster. Wayfair made good on the damaged unit 2X. It was still not in condition to be installed and 2x we shipped back. Finally we asked for a refund and it was provided immediately! Thank you Wayfair.

I can’t really rate the toilet since when the plumber took it out of the box, the bowl was broken. And since I ordered it early for a complete bathroom make over (not knowing when the contractor would be able to start Wayfair will not replace it or refund me. Now I’m out 700 . I have spent a ton of money at Wayfare but won’t spend another nickel going forward.
