The sink arrived in a box that was pretty beat up and we were worried about what shape it would be in. Fortunately that was just the outside layer and the box inside was intact and fully loaded with extra packing. The sink is beautiful but we won't be installing it for another few weeks so cannot comment on wear and tear. So far very happy with deliver time and the look of the product.
