C’est une belle porte, toutefois il y a des endroits où de la colle à bois à été appliquée faisant en sorte que lorsqu’on la teint, la colle ressort plus pâle. Ça n’enlève aucunement au fonctionnement de la porte!

J’aime beaucoup. J’aime le fait de pouvoir la teindre de la couleur voulue. Le seul bémol est que les vitres sont un peu lousses et font du bruit. On a mis un scellant pour réduire la vibration.

Package arrived, and it was a miracle none of the pieces fell out. My hat is off to the delivery driver, who must have worked hard to deliver all together. I just completed the staining using coffee which gave it a beautiful golden brown color, the wood took it well and I was pleased with the quality of the wood and frosted glass. I then added a couple of coats of tung oil which I do not recommend. I sanded it down and stained it again, but this time applied one coat of satin varnish and wow, turned out beautiful!!

This is a very nice looking door once stained and installed. My husband had to do a few modifications to mount over the studs. There are also slight gaps in the wood, where the horizontal pieces meet the vertical. I may notice them less and less over time. I gave it four stars instead of five because of that and also because it did require some skill in putting it together and making the modifications put. Overall happy with this door and price for product. looks nice.
