This ladder is the perfect size for do it yourself jobs around the house. It’s lightweight and I like that there are handrails on both sides…it make climbing feel much more secure when there’s something to hold on to. The ladder locks into the open position making it fairly safe. A great tool!

I really like this ladder as an older senior. The steps are very wide and the handle bars appear sturdy. But there is a rubber tape on each end of the handles , I left them alone but because there are no instructions, it’s hard to know if they should be removed or remain in place. Now one handle bar appears bent on the inside at the middle is dented in but I wouldn’t return it just for this. Definitely recommend this product.

This step ladder is exactly as pictured. It seems sturdy and I appreciate the rubber feet and non slip steps. There are no instructions for installing the side handles, but once you figure out the direction for each, they are easy to install with the included hardware. It would be better if the handles could fold in for easier storage.

Good and solid....but big and heavy.

The ladder is just as advertised. Like the handrails especially using top steps. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is that the handrails keep it from being completely flat for storage.
