Solid heavy door, good quality

Very disappointed with not only the product but with Wayfair Customer service. Received the door after delivery and notice several flaws and defects on the door, I went through the process to report it and unfortunately my executive resolution team was only able to provide a very tiny monetary refund, as the return option wasn't going to meet my clients deadline, resulting in me repairing the door on my own.
