Best thing !! My basement feels dryer

Pretty solid dehumidifier, I have large basement that is constantly wet and normal size just don’t hold up, this one does. It’s silent when running for its size, it’s pretty heavy and solid metal. Ran for full week and basement is dry and no power surge either like others.

Wow this dehumidifier is a BEAST!!! It is built exceptionally well. The box it came in looked like it had been through a tornado, but the TURBRO was in perfect condition inside. Living in the south humidity is a huge problem. We plan to rotate it between places inside our house and in our crawl space. So far it is running like a dream and is fairly quiet. My husband says it is right around 51 decibels. It moves a lot of air and it doesnt surprise me it can dehumidify such huge spaces. It came out of the box pretty much ready to go. We just had to lift the handle and put two screws in it and put the filter in the door. The filter is one where you can clean it periodically yourself and put it back in. Oh it also has four wheels under it two large ones in the back and two smaller in the front with locks making it very maneuverable. Overall we are really happy with our purchase and think we will continue to be happy for a long time.

This dehumidifier was an excellent purchase. It has eliminated the humidity problem in my large basement. I like the fact that the drain hose is long. I let the water drain from my washing machine pipe.

This is an update to my review a month ago. While I had a problem with the unit after one season, Turbro stood behind their product and made things right for me. I appreciate excellent customer care and service and based on my experience with this company, I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
