I installed the unit per instructions. Like most people have mentioned it is heavy. It's about 40 lbs more than the 13500 BTU I replaced. It's an easy install once positioned on the roof. It has nice high density roof foam. I torqued the unit 5 times in a 24 hour timeframe. Each time it was able to get about a half turn on the final torque. I believe a re torque may be advisable in a few months. The foam was pre installed. It was not squarely installed but acceptable. The connections are mostly pug and play. The 115V is well explained. It would have been nice if they gave some connections similar to WAGO quick connections. You need to reroute your thermostat wires from the furnace to the thermostat once you remove the furnaceAC thermostat because it's connected to the factory AC unit via a circuit board. I purchased a stand alone furnace thermostat. I actually like it better because it's less hassle than my previous one. The heat function is the primary reason why I bought the unit. I'm really happy with the performance. It nicely maintains the comfort level of my 20' Shadow Cruiser. A lot of reviews say it's noisy. I fail to understand their complaints. I can sit have a normal conversation with my better half.no problem! My older unit we had to talk an octave louder when using it. I tested the heater and conditioner both keep the trailer comfortable.I see no temperature differences between the unit and thermostat reading. The only issue I had with installation was my Ceiling thickness is 4 more than the air inlet foam that came with the unit. Turbro customer service sent a second foam kit for a nominal cost.

So far so good! Reduced draw on my lithium system in the range of 1000W. Cools my RV off quickly and reduced noise compared to my previous AC unit. I'll sleep better at night for sure.

Really happy with this unit. We installed it in our 1974 GMC motorhome and it was a great upgrade from the old rooftop AC. It cools quickly, runs quietly and the heat pump works extremely well. Installation was straightforward and it looks clean and modern inside and out. Very impressed so far. 5 stars.

We installed the AC during our summer road trip through Arizona. It kept our RV cool even in 90F heat, and we actually liked the ambient light at night. Would recommend!

Installed the Greenland RV AC last month and it's been working great so far. Setup was easier than expected. Definitely happy with the purchase!
