Unfortunately I had to cancel order due to late shipping. Received one and it was beautiful but couldn’t wait for the second one due to builders timeline. Beautiful piece though

I purchased this item and my contractor's plumber has tried for over 3 hrs install the part that turns the water hot/cold on. But the fixture part is broken because it won't tighten and stay in place. I need to return this item and get another one.
