I purchased two of the UFINE brass faucet sets over a month ago, and while the design and style looked great at first, I am beyond frustrated with these faucets. The quick-connect Y-hose supply line leaks on both sets—an issue that was evident right from the start. Installation was cumbersome, to say the least. It was a hassle to get everything hooked up properly, and now I regret not returning these faucets earlier. I tried to reach out to customer service to resolve the leaking issue, but they refused to help, citing that it was outside of their 30-day window for returns. It’s incredibly disappointing to spend so much money on products that don’t even function properly, and then to get zero support from the manufacturer when you need it most. The whole experience has left me feeling ripped off. DO NOT PURCHASE these faucets unless you want to deal with poor quality and even worse customer service. Save yourself the trouble and look for a better, more reliable option elsewhere.

Looks exactly like the pictures and fits the space perfectly. The design is really nice, but the quality feels a bit lightercheaper than expected.

Very pretty gold faucet and handles. The set has nice weight to it and the finish looks great. It’s definitely a brushed gold finish faucet and not super shiny. The white hot and cold signifier tops of the handles have a nice charm to them. Please see photos. Very happy with this!
