Too bad we can't give them zero stars for sending a repackaged broken "Retractable Roller Patio Screen Door". One end came with broken piece just dangling in package. See photos comparing the broken end with the opposite good end. We were really looking forward to installing this door as we have used their products before and have been quite pleased. Somehow, distributor was in the mood to pass this broken one off to someone else. Will we have to pay the dump fee? It's really a bummer because we had someone all set to do install for us. Now he can't do the job.

Really nice retractable screen door! It looked great, felt sturdy, and I was so excited to use it. Unfortunately, it was about 1/2 inch too tall for our doorway, so we couldn’t install it. I was genuinely disappointed because otherwise it was perfect!

This is a great screen door. Easy to assemble. However I wanted to add it to my back door, I’ll be adding it to my Juliet balcony. It would be hassle opening and closing it whenever I bring in groceries.

I love being able to have my front door open with this screen. Lovely airflow thru the house and I can see and hear my water feature in the courtyard as well as people coming. Two reasons I am giving this 4 stars and not 5 is. 1 - The screen does not have any type of lock when closed. A simple latch/lock would be great. 2 - The main mounting is double sided tape and caulk. This is absolutely not secure enough for an outdoor use product. They do say you can add screws on two sides but it is a pain. The side that holds the screen has to taken apart for this and the magnetic closing side would need small screws to be countersunk flush to not interfere with the screen closing all the way. The finish is excellent! The screen is high quality and tight but still very see thru! It works very easily!
