Nice design and water pressure but water leaks from a connection point

LOVE the Matt Black looks Great ! So easy to install. The instruction stated no tape needed however, I did have to use some due to be sure there was no leaking. The multiple settings are fantastic. Ranging from a hard stream to a light rain.

Very nice design! The ball fitting to the shower head with the large push button control makes it very easy to remove from the the wall fitting. This is one of the best designs for removing from wall! The finish is smooth and a great match to my nickel finished, faucet and towel bars.

This is a tried and true product. It came packaged well. The directions are good. It’s a little booklet. I wish they would’ve offered it in a bronze color but I chose the black. It looks like it’s going to be a nice addition to my shower And I bought it with the handle option because I wanted to be able to take it down to use it on my dog in the shower also. I would recommend it.
