We were so excited for this door that we patiently waited over two months with delays in shipping. Then it shipped and got lost in shipment. A replacement was ordered and finally arrived only to discover it had stain issues and was darker in appearance. We love the design of this brand but it is now the 3rd product from them that has arrived with damageinaccuracies. Fortunately Wayfair has been great in helped to try and make things right financially, but ultimately what we wanted was to accurately receive what we had purchased from Urban Woodcraft. The customer service suggested we post this review so that the company can be looked at when suppliers are evaluated.
