not happy with it's performance. most likely going to return. the way it opens only useful for us approx 25% of the time. NOT SATISFIED I will say Wayfair stands behind their products and are creating a return that's why I will use Wayfair again

Overall good deal that improves the quality of life for my disabled father in-law. It’s easy to assemble and use. I would have given it a 5 star review, but I think that the design could be improved. It would be advantageous to have a hands free breaking system. The current design requires you to manually set the brakes on all four caster wheels. As you could imagine this could be difficult when utilizing the chair in a tight space like the bathroom. The latch to secure the seat could also be improved in my opinion. It may benefit from a spring loaded latch/hook system. Spring-loaded latch hooks automatically close and secure items without requiring manual locking steps. I think that it could prevent a latch from opening due to vibration or movement. However, despite that I would recommend buying this chair.

the seat had a tear in it and it will not lower to the bed level to pick my mother up. It was a total waste of money for me. It is put together and it would be to much trouble to take it apart and return it. The video's of lifting from the bed are not always correct.

This chair is amazingly well built, reasonably easy to put together, but your patient must be able to stand in order to make it work. Ultimately, I could not use it for my elderly mother, who had a stroke on the left side because that side was too weak to use her left leg to stand. I would highly recommend this chair for anyone who has a patient that can stand and support their weight on both legs as even two caretakers cannot make the chair work for a patient who is partially paralyzed.
