Don't dispose of packaging until installed & tested! The faucet is beautiful, but there is a defect with the construction resulting in very low water flow. We had it professionally installed and the plumber tried unsuccessfully to rectify the problem. We had thrown out the packaging and therefore we were unable to return the product.

Oh my gosh, these faucets are beautiful! Graceful, elegant, and high-quality. I purchased a very retro-looking vanity where I am using 2 of these faucets and medicine cabinets that echo the flowing ribbon design. I think these will complete the stunning look. After unboxing to make sure they arrived in good condition, I can tell you they do an excellent job of packaging every piece. There are additional shipping materials that keep everything well protected, too. The high-end look is really striking, as I said. The remodel isnt ready for these yet, but Ill do an update when it is completed.
