It shows everywhere in description- vertical installation. Item received is for horizontal installation, shows in box picture, manual and the plate for knobs has horizontal markings. Supplier’s phone number provided by Wayfair is not working

SUPERB!! installed in Canada and showering with this is like spa treatment. FYI this is not a do-it-yourself type of system, my husband is handy but we had to get a plumber.
