I ordered this product back in November which remained in its box because the project was delayed. I have just been told by the plumber hired to install product that this item is missing parts. I have contacted Wayfair to see what can be done, either receiving the missing part or replacing the unit. I also had another item ordered that was missing a part too. I was told that the shower item was out of eligibility for resolution, but that the kitchen faucet unit that had been sent without the soap dispenser could be sent to me. I had already been told that the shower unit surprisingly had had a six months warranty, while often items, only have thirty days, but that I was outside of that window now. So I do not know how or why the kitchen faucet is ok. I explained that I had checked to make sure I had received all of my items ordered, but that I had not opened each box to make sure each and every part was there, out of fear of losing parts. The young woman just kept repeating the same information, so I asked to speak with someone “who might be able to go farther into the process”, because she kept saying her system “would not let her do anything else”. I then spoke to another female person identified as Billie, who said the same things, basically that I “should have opened each and every box that I had received from Wayfair, as soon as I had received them”, even though my project had been delayed by no fault of my own, and that I had been lucky “to have had six months warranty but was far beyond that now” on the item in question. She supplied me with the my P.O. Number and a phone number for the manufacturer of this item. I was not happy with this being how Wayfair was honoring this transaction, and said as much, because it left me with an expensive showers unit that was unusable. She said to me “have a nice day” which I responded, that is not likely given this situation, and she responded, “then have the day that you deserve”. Which was unprofessional to say the least, and warranted. I then contacted the phone number that I was given, and had to leave a voicemail. Needless to say, I am not happy about this purchase at all.
