We purchased these for a closet that had a door that opened outward, along with another door that opened inward. They were always hitting each other. And this made much more sense. That was also the closet where my husband put his Marine uniforms and it needed to be airy in that closet. So we purchased the Bi-fold door with the louvers so the closet could breath. Perfect door, easy to install.
