This came fully assembled and is exactly as pictured. Easy to use and extremely sturdy!

This item is built well but the problem is I was sent are used one. The parts were missing and the support bars on the bottom were broken. They are going to fix that problem, but it is the inconvenience of having to wait all over again so for that reason, I am disappointed. I wish they had sent a new one to begin with. I didn’t pay for it or use one and I should not have received a used one. 

nice size holds very heavy objects and light yo carry...also flat
