The product looks very cheap. You can see all the screws. Somebody could get caught on a screw going down the stairs. There’s no cover for him returning product today.

First of all, the assembly instructions are horrible. I'm relatively mechanically inclined and found it easier to wing it rather than to try and figure out the very simplistic instructions. Once the assembly was completed it didn't seem very stable but once I got it bolted down, it's fairly stable. Not nearly as stable as a solid, welded unit but I guess you get what you pay for. Note that they also include the concrete bit for drilling the anchors but you'd be better off to buy a decent masonry bit. The bit they included was basically junk.

They are great, but the directions could be better. All pictures of screws are all the same but a variety of sizes. Also although packed well the metal still came stretched with missing paint.

Takes care of 2 steps only. I reordered 3 to 4 step. Love them
