I picked these stone veneers as they were neutral colored. I went back and painted a light white over the veneers and sponged the paint in. Added a wood frame and indirect lighting. Love the wall and am so happy with the overall look. I ordered 16 veneers in all so four packages. I laid them all out on the floor first to get a pattern that flowed. The veneers don’t all lay flat so I used a wood frame behind them and attached them to the frame with Brad nails. Easy to attach to frame and with the nails and you can pull them off and adjust if need be. Very easy to work with. I even had to cut 5” off the bottom row and super easy to cut with jigsaw. Very pleased overall and would definitely try if you are a DIY person!

Made of thick foam which I’m not sure is worth the expense. They being said- they look like real stone even up close so aesthetically they work great. Easy to cut and install because they are so lightweight

I ended up returning these. The PU material was flimsier than I expected, cheap-feeling in a way the photos don't show. And the texture is more aggressive in person than it looks online. The deep grooves catch shadow and read much darker and moodier. If you want a subtle stone effect, these aren't it.
