Shipping was fast. Railing is good quality. However, we did need to buy new screws that were longer to help secure the railing.

This item is perfect for a two step entrance from my garage into my home. My wife recently had hip surgery and still is a bit off-balance at times climbing the step, and this heavy duty handrail curves perfectly up the two steps and into the doorway.
