Purchased two of these shower panels and both failed in the exact same way with the handheld unit. This is not a one-off defect, it is a repeat issue that points to poor material (it's not that hard to design a functioning hand-held sprayer). Even more frustrating is I submitted a request for resolution and received no response! The build quality (as least for this component) does not hold up for more than like 3 months!!!. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product (nor Wayfair's service) to anyone.

Overall ok, poor quality compared to other brands. We put these in our rental homes, decent value but overall a little flimsy

One if my sprayers is not spraying and caused the water hookup to come off due to pressure and water ran down back of unit…spray for that setting was was not t Reconnecting was fine, Looks great however, the indicators markings on the dials are hard to see as paint is more of a grey vice bright white

Looks fabulous but shows hard water stains immediately, is hard to clean and the handheld has only one weak spray setting and the hose is too short
