They sent the wrong item the first time. Box all smashed and half the item exposed. Called customer service three times, they sent a return label. Wayfair said they were sending a replacement with the correct item that we ordered. The second item was still the wrong one, the box was even more smashed in the second one and parts hanging out of the box. Will not buy anything ever again from Wayfair. They are horrible.

I ordered the silver framed glass and received the black framed glass! I received the replacement wall today and it too is not the silver finish but the black finish. This time the customer service representative ordered the replacement and assured me it would be the silver finish. I asked to send a note to the warehouse representatives to be sure. Obviously, the product must be mis labeled in the box because twice I received the black when I asked for silver!!! I returned the 1st order today. The box is very flimsy and we had to tape it all over to make sure it was secured.
