Really zero stars on service not on product. I had a plumbing emergency and needed this shower asap. I paid over $50 for expedited overnight shipping for an item that was supposed to arrive next day. I called Wayfair twice to make sure this item would really arrive next day as I had the plumber ready to work on this and I was told that yes, the item is ready to ship and will arrive next day by 8pm. Not only this item did not arrive next day but it arrived 5 days later. I had to buy the item from another store. Now I am trying to return this item and Wayfair wants to charge me for shipping to ship it back and they will not return the $54.99 I paid for item to arrive next day. So beware when you pay for expedited shipping. Don't count on it! Not shopping her again.
