Material seems of pretty good quality. While the parts came neatly organized and labeled with a unique number which supposedly corresponded to the installation diagrams, several were incorrect. Installation instructions contain NO WORDS AT ALL, just diagrams. The manual contains a parts list which in wrong in several places. Installation took me forever because I had to make templates for many items just to know how things are supposed to be installed. Perhaps the worst instructions I have ever encountered in my 50+ years of being a DIYer. Installation instructions were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I would NOT recommend this product nor ever buy a Sunny Shower product again. I contacted Wayfair and they could not provide any installation help. Wayfair told me that they would have Sunny Door contact me in 1-2 days. 2 weeks later, I never heard from Sunny Shower but Wayfair did contact me recently and politely listened and also provided a 10% coupon for next time. Online videos (YouTube) from Sunny Door were superficial and also contained no words, totally USELESS. Recommendations for Wayfair 1) Before offering a product for sale have someone look at the installation instructions and determine if the instructions are at least FAIR. Anything less, and don’t offer the product 2) When your (Wayfair) technicians say “They will have the manufacturer contact the customer”, make sure that the manufacturer does follow up with Customer. 3) If the installation instructions are Horrible, at least add comment to your website that says “Not for DIYer, since instructions are Poor”. 4) Allow a customer to download the installation instructions BEFORE placing order. That way I could decide for myself.

I ordered this door and one of the 2 boxes was not delivered. I didn’t realize it was missing until after 30 days. I called Wayfair and they sent out the missing parts right away. Very good customer service. The door is solid and glides smoothly. Good product so far.
