After reading the reviews, I took a chance and ordered this sink. DON'T DO IT! The box had minor damage, no indication that the sink inside would be broken. No rattling sound or feeling of losing pieces. Yet when I opened the box the sink was broken, not cracked or chipped, but broken in multiple pieces on one half of the sink.

Ridiculous how you can not get this item delivered unbroken. 4 reorders doubtful I’ll attempt again.

Very nice sink. Heavier than expected. First one was damaged in shipment and Wayfair replaced immediately.

It is a beautiful sink, as far as I could tell by the image on the website. The first one I order was sent but did not arrive, as it was damaged in transit. A replacement was sent, and it arrived in many pieces and was left at my door steps. A third one is being sent, and hopefully, this one arrives intact so that I can give an accurate account of the sink and not the delivery. Not once have been offer a discount nor I have asked for a discount for my troubles.

This is a much heavier duty sink than we purchased before. Like the concave of this one as well. Will be a great addition to our commercial restaurant!
