This is a very nice vanity has two drawers very shadow shelves its a good looking top but its a the directions are awful, you might as well not have directions at all. You have to get your own brackets and figure out how to hook it to the wall. The drain connections are cheap and behind the vanity does not leave enough room to connect properly without twisting and turning and finagling it from the drain on the sink to your drain specially on the wall. Plus where the faucet goes sets so close to the wall especially if you get a fancy one. It sets up right against the wall that you put your vanity against so theres no room to put the backsplash. o Overall it could use a little overhaul on the design, the directions, what comes in the kit could use a good redesign.

Very nice but size was a few inches smaller in width than advertised. Measures at ~31.5 inches but ended up working out in our favor to fit in guest bedroom bath.
