2nd time purchasing, 1st time assembling. Small corner of backboard was chipped. Instructions are tricky at times to figure out, and there is a bonus piece (10) missing from the instructions (seems they revised the design, but failed to include that in the instructions) I discovered after it was too late to fix it. The wall anchors included with the kit were way too small for the screws they were meant for- luckily I had extras on hand. If I didn't already have this product installed by a contractor, I would have struggled more through the assembly, and I'm usually someone who generally finds them easy.

Beautiful and convenient medicine mirror. We loved it.

Solid and pretty but the lights stopped working after five months. Wayfair doesn't stand behind the product. They said maybe I could DIY a fix.
