I was so excited when I was able to purchase this toilet because I had begun remodeling in my bathroom. Although I purchased it a year ago, I wasn’t able to have it installed until two days ago. Two days after I had it in stalled, I had to have it removed because it would not flush adequately enough due to it. Water saver features. Granted I should’ve done my research before I purchased this black toilet, but I did not. In order to flush it with an adequate amount of toilet paper you have to flush it twice at the least. By the second day, it became clogged which required me to obtain another plumber, removing the toilet and replacing it with the old one I just had removed. Do not purchase this toilet.

This toilet is beautiful but it is really weak . Flush water slow and all the stuffs don’t go down after one time flush water . All the stuffs still stuck inside the toilet . It is the worst toilet i never have been purchased. I really want to throw it away . Such a waste of money to purchase it for so much money and i already want to change it

I liked the look of the toilet, but unfortunately I received my item and it came cracked with the outer box damaged and wet. I contacted customer service and they were no help.
