READ the full decription very carefully. I design and remodel homes very frequently, and I have ordered many "pre-hung" doors for both interior and exterior. The description for this door states that it is a pre-hung door, which nearly always means the door jam is included and attached to the door slab with the hinges already attached and in place. This would allow for much easier and faster install. This door and frame are not mortised and the frame/jam arrived in multiple flat packed pieces. This took my very experienced installer 6 hours to install, so with labor, the savings on this door was minimal. The quality seems to be nice, and the price point was great if you have woodworking tools, the shop set-up to mortise and the skills to assemble the frame/jam.
