Do not get fooled by the lifetime warranty, no matter what you say it will always be the fault of the electronics. I had three locks getting stuck in the middle (mechanical problem), but they claimed that my model was too old (2008) and that they can not do anything Also, if the numbers on the keypad get erased by use they won't replace the plastic behind it, they will blame it on tear and wear and not under finish.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Install was such a breeze for the Weiser Smartcode Keypad Contemporary! My husband installed it in minutes on our garage door that leads into our house, since we have remote entry for our garage doors. Setup for the code was so easy and instructions very simple and clear. It’s very sleak and aesthetically pleasing too.
