I have one deadbolt that does not work

Misleading advertising of product, picture shows full door set, while product is lock only with no handle. Inquire on first delivery and was told a replacement would be correct but it was ghe same second time. Sent both back.

Bought product about 3 months ago and installed about 2 months ago. The electronic keypad works well however the lockset itself has locked us out of the house twice. The handle on the inside isn’t coming back up into the neutral position(horizontal) therefore making the latch inoperable. I’ve taken the lock apart twice with no improvement. I ended up taking the latch out entirely and we are only using the electronic deadbolt. Not very happy with this product.

We have had ongoing issues with this lock since purchasing! It will work for a week straight then all of a sudden it will flash red, not lock properly and then we cannot put the code in to unlock and get back into the house!!! We have already tried replacing batteries two times and still having the same issue.

I have had this lock for about a month. It has just stopped working and I cannot get it to lock again without using the key. When programming it will blink green indicating the user code has been programmed, but then will not lock or unlock. I have been trying to get it working off and on for 3 days and it just wont work. Very frustrating considering it is basically brand new.

Used it for the side entrance of my house and was worried about installing it but it was super easy and would even like it on my front door now since not only is the quality really good and it looks really durable but mainly because it looks really clean! I thought for this price point there might be some dislikes but 10/10 for me!

My husband is notorious for forgetting his keys and now he can easily lock the door from the outside and use the code to re-enter. It has also come in handy when I put my door key in my purse as I no longer have to shuffle around to try and find it. The look of the deadbolt is sleek and clean.
