Great quality and easy to install

Can't even lock it. Every time I press the lock, I just get 3 beeps with a red light. I have factory reset and everything, trying to create a code and nothing. Just 3 beeps and red light when I try to press the lock button. Very frustrating.

I purchased a weiser smart lock which died on me in within 4 years. It's a nice looking expensive lock but simply is unreliable as it cannot withstand normal residential use. Warranty denied my claim blaming it on an electrical issue. This is a big disappointment to rely on weiser. Hopefully another product will fair better.
