Product is as it looks. It was not too hard to install, though the instructions could have been better. The hardware is also not very heavy so doesnt have that quality feel. However, for the price we are happy with it and it s working great.

I was able to install this and it worked fine. But the spring on the inside was rusty making it difficult to turn the door knob. I tried to return the rusty part and get a replacement but that didn't work and after six months of waiting, I was told to cancel the order. Now I have a rusty, poorly working door knob. I will just go find a replacement that is new from a local hardware store. Robert H, the customer service person, was very nice and helped me decide to cancel the replacement order.
