I am disappointed that the door handle has a large scratch on the outdoor thumb button handle. Now I am stuck with it because it says it cannot be returned or exchanged .

This is a very decorative entry handle kit, was easy to install, and really adds to the look of the door.

I had to replace the door hardware on my front door. This lock set was identical to what I had so it was very easy to replace with exactly what I had. There are online videos that demonstrate installation, and a packing list of all included components. Note that the inside hardware comes in one box, and the outside hardware comes in a separate box. It was easy to install with just a screwdriver, though my door was already drilled to accept this particular lock set.
