Fixed the problem for me by lowering the hand held shower head so I could reach it. Now i need another one for my main bath.

Excellent. Easy to install. The finish is exactly what I was looking for. It's been almost two years, looks like new No leaks.

Nothing against the product but I was not able to use because the connection for the hand held and shower head came down too far. I had to buy another to raise the head higher.
